I became a sleep consultant after becoming a mom myself and seeing firsthand how powerful healthy sleep can be—for both children and parents. Like so many families, I experienced the exhaustion, self-doubt, and overwhelm that come with sleepless nights. When I learned how sleep really works and began using gentle, intentional strategies, everything changed: our nights improved, our days felt lighter, and I finally felt like myself again.
My own sleep training experience inspired me to support other families on their own sleep journeys. I’m passionate about helping parents feel informed, confident, and supported as they create rest that works for their family—because no one should have to navigate exhaustion alone

My Training & Philosophy
I live in Indianapolis, Indiana with my husband, daughter, and teacup yorkie named Joy.
In my free time I love working in my garden, reading, exercising, and having family time.
I have a deep love for the Indy 500, Survivor, and NCAA gymnastics.
I was a teacher for 7 years before leaving my career to persue sleep consulting while staying home with my baby.
